The Ottawa StoryTellers host a number of events every year including monthly Story Swaps, the annual StoryTelling Festival in November, as well as a range of professional development activities from beginner's workshops to master classes. They also hold regular performance series: ,"Speaking Out, Speaking In", a series held monthly at the National Arts Centre's Fourth Stage; "Stories and Tea", a twice monthly series at a local tearoom and occasional shows at the Schenkman Art Centre.

Admission is free, and everyone is invited to come and tell a story and / or listen to the stories.
Light refreshments are served during the break.
Stories and Tea

Join us for an evening of storytelling and tea, every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month
From 7pm to 8:45pm, stories begin on the hour and half-hour with breaks in between for treats and chatting.
Date: Every second and fourth Tuesday of the month
Time: Telling starts at 19:00 for 15 minutes, then 15 min break, next telling starts at 19:30, etc.
