Besides telling stories at schools, libraries, on CBC Radio, and in the business communities of Alberta, Gail tells stories at the Edmonton Folk Festival. Gail has been teaching storytelling courses at the University of Alberta since 1988 and has published seven books on storytelling and folklore. She was the resident toryteller at Fort Edmonton Park, bringing history alive through story, for thirteen years and is still the co-organizer of the annual Storytelling Festival held at the Park, now in its 17th year.
She conducts workshops and tells stories at festivals across North America.
