The primary conference venue is the Arts and Culture Centre(ACC), located on the campus of Memorial University.

Campus accommodations are just a short walk from the ACC. If you plan on staying on campus, you will need to book your own accommodations, directly with the University.

You are required to complete a request for accommodations form. Click on Summer Accommodations and Casual Accommodations Form under 'How To Book A Room" at the link below. You have to enter your credit card information on this form and mail or fax the form directly to Memorial University. The University will not process your payment until a week or two prior to your arrival.

NOTE:

If you are planning on staying off campus, you can find links to local accomodations by following the Provincial Tourism Information link.

If you are planning on renting a car while in Newfoundland, you are advised to do so EARLY. There are a finite number of rental cars on the Island, and in the past, tourists have been dissapointed when they thought they could arrive and rent one without booking in advance.
